Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role in adult occupational therapy. As a Senior Adult Occupational Therapist, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision to the occupational therapy team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical Leadership: Provide expert clinical guidance and support to the occupational therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Evidence-Based Practice: Develop and implement evidence-based practice initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
* Patient Assessments and Interventions: Conduct thorough assessments, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate patient progress.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification is required.
* Registration and Licenses: Registration with AHPRA and a current driver's license are necessary.
* Experience: At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience in adult occupational therapy services is required.
* Skills: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
