The opportunity
As part of the logistics site leadership team, the Warehouse Supervisor manages shift staffing levels to ensure throughput and cost control. This role is based at our Distribution Centre in Swanbank, working between 10pm and 6am.
What you'll be doing
* Reporting on daily shift outcomes, opportunities, impacts, constraints, and operational performance
* Leading and developing a high-performing team
* Collaborating with the state DC Manager and operational support teams to ensure timely and accurate picking and packing of orders
* Picking and packing orders as required

* Experience in a similar role in FMCG is a bonus

* Ideally, holding a current forklift license
