What you'll do
* Ensuring the store’s KPI's (sales and customer service) are met
* Developing and nurturing a high-performing, customer‑experience focused team within a fast‑paced environment
* Maintaining an inclusive store culture, ensuring it’s a positive and awesome place to be
* Identifying and leading the recruitment for new store team members
* Collaborating with team members, leading performance reviews and helping grow their careers
About you
* Demonstrated recent people leadership success within a target-driven retail sales environment
* Ability to energise and drive a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Leading from the front and influencing and building rapport with a diverse and varied team
* Ability to resolve customer issues swiftly and creatively
* Experience leading through times of change (products/systems) and guiding the team on the journey
