Reporting to the General Manager an exciting role has been available within Liebherr Australia's Components Division to support its continued growth.Working as part of a small team this is a wildly varied, diverse, and hands-on sales & service focussed administrative support role.
As a closely valued member the Components team, you will be an integral part of the growth program for this division.ResponsibilitiesDay to day customer order processing and invoicingCustomer account setup up and managementSupport the preparation of quotes and presentations for recent and existing customersStock control and parts ordering/requestsLogistics tracking and managementEstablish and maintain effective information, filing and data systemsStock control, reporting and parts ordering/requestsWarranty processingOther administrative and approval requirements.
(E.g., expense forms, purchase orders, standard approval forms, mail, debtor follow-up)Assisting with Customer queriesSupport components sales and service strategy both externally and internallyAssist in all other areas of Components Administration as requiredActive involvement in the continuous improvement of the Administration processReman Administration including the co-ordination of Core Returns, record keeping and costs trackingExperienceSkills & ExperienceExperience with the Liebherr administrative systems (BAAN/LISA desirable)Previous experience in Business or a related fieldTeam playerAble to use initiativeIdentification and resolution of potential issuesWhat we OfferDiversity and InclusionDiversity and inclusion sits at the heart of the Liebherr Group's Core Values.
