The Role
* Lead and manage a mobile maintenance team of HD Fitters, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers, Servicemen, LV Fitters and Tyre Fitters
* Manage performance, safety and culture of the mobile maintenance team
* Hands‐on role – take charge of your crew without the big business red tape
* Work at a well established site with great teams and culture
Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years experience in a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor position
* Excellent soft skills; ability to communicate with the team respectfully
* Experience across a variety of heavy mining machinery including CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi production‐sized machinery
* Autonomous role; ability to lead and manage trades
* Trade qualification and willingness to support the team and get hands dirty
* S26 Essential
Additional Requirements
* Proactive attitude – lead without hand‐holding
* Current Driver's Licence
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
* Provide 2 references for a similar role
* Availability to attend a teams or face‐to‐face interview with the Maintenance Manager
