Salary: $100,777 per year

About The Role
As Director, you will oversee the daily operations of both the Early Learning Centre (ELC) and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) programs, ensuring high-quality care, compliance and engaging learning experiences for children.
You will work closely with the College Principal while leading a supportive team that includes an Early Childhood Teacher in the ELC and a Team Leader in OSHC.
Programs operate in line with the Early Years Learning Framework, My Time Our Place Framework and National Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ELC and OSHC programs
* Ensure services operate in line with policies, regulations and quality standards
* Support and mentor staff to deliver engaging, child-focused programs
* Work collaboratively with the Principal on program planning and evaluation
* Foster positive relationships with children, families and staff
* Provide direct care and support to children as required
About You
You will be a passionate early childhood professional who enjoys leading teams and creating positive learning environments.
Essential Requirements
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* NT Working With Children (Ochre) Card
* Senior First Aid Certificate
* Demonstrated leadership experience in an early childhood setting
* Strong communication skills with children, families and staff
* Ability to lead programs based on children's strengths and interests
* Confidence using computers and digital systems
