Job Description
Define and deliver a long-term research and digital experience strategy
Lead innovative digital platforms, tools, and immersive visitor experiences
Oversee research initiatives supporting exhibitions, publications, and programs
Drive digitisation, digital access, and knowledge management of collections
Collaborate across curatorial, education, marketing, and technology teams
Build international academic, cultural, and technology partnerships
Represent the institution at global conferences and innovation forums
The Successful Applicant
Master's or PhD in Art History, Museum Studies, Digital Humanities, or related field
10-12+ years' experience in museums, cultural, or research institutions
Proven senior leadership experience of at least 5 years managing research and digital teams
Strong expertise in modern and contemporary art scholarship
Demonstrated success leading digital transformation initiatives
Deep understanding of digital platforms, UX, and emerging technologies
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic leadership skills
