We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in a highly incentivised role where success and hard work is rewarded and acknowledged.
This role involves generating leads and converting those leads into signed owners whilst maintaining a strong pipeline through local community networks. A passion for business and exceeding targets is essential, as well as a collaborative approach and mature networking skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Attract new business and build your own database and pipeline via various proactive activities including sales calls, cold calling, face-to-face presentations and meetings, telemarketing, digital marketing, networking events and relationship management.
* Self-generate leads and nurture inbound leads.
* Research the prospect and ensure they meet the Ideal Customer Profile.
* Develop, execute and review a progressive business development plan to achieve sales targets.
* SIGN up and regularly attend Local Tourism Groups and networking events.
* Actively participate in online forums and discussion groups.
* Create advertising campaigns and sponsor local events.
* Establish relationships with local businesses.
* Identify property developers and agents and work on referral programs.
Requirements
* 3-5 years BDM experience involving a strategic element.
* Cold calling experience and developing and working a database.
* Familiarity with real estate leasing terms and conditions.
* Australian driver's licence and own car.
