We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in leading and inspiring the Kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities.
* Drive day-to-day operations with a proactive, hands-on approach.
* Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes during service periods.
* Mentor and train junior team members in developing their culinary skills.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant environment.
* Experience with à la carte service and function catering.
* Proven leadership and communication skills.
