About the Role:
As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll manage a caseload of young people experiencing moderate to severe mental health concerns. You'll provide a mix of therapeutic intervention, case management, outreach, and collaborative care planning.
What you'll do:
* Conduct mental health assessments, risk evaluations, and treatment planning
* Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
* Coordinate care with families, internal teams, and external service providers
* Respond to crises and provide assertive outreach where needed
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation
What you'll bring:
* Degree-qualified in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing
* Full registration with AHPRA or AASW
* Experience in youth mental health and complex case management
* Experience as a Psychologist, OT, Counsellor or Mental health nurse
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* National Police Check, WWCC, and valid driver's licence
