Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- Minimum 5 years as Superintendent at EPCM level on major mining projects
- Strong experience managing contractor
- Strong Earthworks and Roads background
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site personnel and subcontactors
- Monitoring of Safety, Quality, Schedule and Contractors productivity
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical support
- Focal point for Earthworks focused technical and construction-based queries
