Located in Bibra Lake, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales growth across our region.
In this pivotal role, you will drive new business development, expand existing customer relationships, and position Turner Engineering as the preferred partner in the market. You’ll work closely with a motivated team and senior leaders to implement strategies, tools, and processes that support capability, improve customer outcomes, and deliver on growth objectives.
What you'll do
- Lead the business development process: prospecting, qualification, proposals, and closing.
- Develop and execute sales plans that achieve revenue and margin results.
- Build strong customer relationships, nurture key accounts, and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical sales staff to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct proactive sales activities—customer visits, presentations, and negotiations.
- Analyse competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
- Drive e‑commerce adoption and embed digital sales practices.
- Mentor and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration.
