Lead implementation of HR services, policies and programs with HR staff and frontline management. Support the ANZ HR Operations Director to implement the regional People Plan and associated initiatives. Manage HR resource and development, including local and offshore teams. Develop, review and implement HR policy, processes and procedures. Provide relevant and timely HR advice to management. Oversee HR systems, data management, reporting and analytics. Deliver global HR projects as required. Qualifications
Degree, diploma or advanced diploma in Human Resources or equivalent experience. 8‑10 years’ experience in a similar role preferred. Demonstrated experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience implementing and delivering HR projects and programmes.
