Job Description
We are looking for an Outside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator to support our services across Bendigo. This Permanent Part-time position is 34 hours per week, with split shifts of 7:00‐9:00 am and 3:00‐6:00 pm, Monday‐Friday.
As a Mobile Coordinator, you will be on the go, traveling as an OSH Coordinator, supporting numerous services as required, with a core focus on stepping into services to support service delivery.
* Effectively develop, implement, and monitor OSHC/OOSH programmes and activities
* Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, and work with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomes
* Lead training, performance, and development in the service
* Minimise risk and manage safety in services

Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Children's Services) or completion of a minimum of 2 years of full‐time study in a relevant field.
* Experience working with children in a leadership position.
* Current and valid Working with Children Check.
* Current driver's licence is required.
* Experience working with children within a group environment.
* Availability over split shifts, Monday to Friday.
