Assistant Retail Manager Job Opportunity
This role is a fantastic chance to take your leadership skills to the next level. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our store and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment and possess excellent customer service skills. They will also be able to work as part of a team and provide leadership as required, with excellent communication skills and computer skills including operating a POS system. Additionally, they will have a desire to continually grow and develop their career within retail pharmacy, with previous pharmacy experience and/or a Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy being highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the efficient day-to-day running of the store
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience through hands-on and inspiring leadership
* Use flair for visual merchandising to create appealing displays and execute marketing campaigns
* Assist with banking reconciliation, stock management, and administration
