About the role
As a Systems Trainer, you will support a major system rollout by developing, coordinating, and delivering training that prepares staff for new processes and technology. You will work closely with a Training Manager, subject matter experts, and a wider change and training team to ensure training aligns with program milestones and stakeholder needs. Your responsibilities will span training design, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, evaluation, and coordinating training schedules to support successful adoption.
What you'll be doing
* Designing creative, fit‐for‐purpose training materials including guides, videos, modules, and walk‐throughs.
* Facilitating virtual and in‐person training sessions.
* Working with change and program teams to understand business requirements.
* Supporting training needs analysis and assisting users through the transition from current to future state.
* Building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure training outcomes are understood and adopted.
* Coordinating training logistics and schedules across multiple groups.
* Monitoring training progress, gathering feedback, and reporting on uptake and readiness.
About you
You bring a blend of training expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication. You are confident operating independently and within a team and can work effectively across multiple workstreams.
You will have
* Experience across the full training lifecycle: needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
* Experience translating learner needs into practical, engaging training content.
* Exposure to developing training for diverse groups in blended or digital formats.
* High‐quality written communication and strong analytical skills.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‐building abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple work packages and understand dependencies.
* Awareness of Agile delivery and change management principles (desirable).
* An active Baseline security clearance (required before commencement)

* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with technical and business stakeholders
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to work across multiple workstreams
* Experience working with complex, multi‐stakeholder technology projects
