About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Springfield clinic, with the opportunity to step into a 2IC (Second in Charge) leadership role.
This is an exciting opportunity with a clear leadership pathway. If you already have 2IC or leadership experience — fantastic. If not, and you’re a strong clinician with a genuine desire to step into leadership, we can support you through a 3–6 month progression plan.
You’ll work closely with a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team, including: Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, OTs, Dietitians, Podiatrists and Psychologists.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care
* Managing the full patient journey and achieving meaningful outcomes
* Treating a diverse caseload including NDIS and Home Care clients
* Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team
* Supporting health promotion, injury prevention, and long-term condition management
* Contributing to clinic leadership and mentoring (as part of the 2IC pathway)
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
* Have 2–5 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist
* Hold full AHPRA registration and appropriate professional insurance
* Have a strong interest in leadership and career progression
* Ideally have Women’s Health experience (preferred but not essential)
* Are confident working with patients under 18
* Are values-driven, team-focused, and motivated to grow

Your total remuneration package will reflect your experience, capabilities, and the contribution you make, packages starting from $80,000 and scaling up to $120,000+. Plus, we offer performance-based bonuses and commission, so your earning potential grows with your results!
