Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Producer / Video Editor located in Sunshine Coast, QLD. The role involves planning, coordinating, and managing video projects, from pre-production through post-production. Daily tasks will include
* Managing pre-production processes alongside the Creative Director, ensuring smooth end-to-end project delivery
* Leading collaborative creative development, translating client objectives into clear concepts, narratives and visual direction
* Working directly with clients to define scope, messaging, tone and creative approach
* Overseeing production on medium to larger-scale sets
* Directing talent and crews to ensure efficient shoots and high production standards
* Guiding post-production workflows through project management software
* Providing creative direction through edit, motion graphics and final delivery
* Reviewing and refining edits with the team to ensure content meets both creative intent and commercial objectives
* Maintaining a strong balance between creative ambition, timelines and budgets
* Strong organisation, leadership and calm decision-making are

You will also oversee deadlines and quality assurance, ensuring that content meets creative standards and aligns with campaign objectives.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
* Experience in concept development, scriptwriting, and storyboarding
* Ability to collaborate with creative teams to align projects with brand strategies
* Strong organisational and project management skills to meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and video distribution strategies
* Experience in creating engaging, audience-focused content
