Occupational Therapist | West Melbourne | FT/PT/Contractor Join our supportive, collaborative team in West Melbourne in a community-based OT role with flexible hours and strong support. About the role: Flexible options: Full Time, Part Time, or Contractor Salary: $90K-$110K p.a. plus super Mixed caseload: NDIS & DVA clients, with opportunity to specialise Training and support in new clinical areas Regular professional development and quarterly team PD days What you'll do: Conduct assessments (Functional Capacity, SIL/SDA/ILO Housing, home modifications) Develop and implement therapy plans addressing mental health, fine motor, life skills, social skills, and emotional regulation Recommend and support assistive technology Prepare professional reports and documentation Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare providers Who we're looking for: Therapists with 2-3 years experience seeking a supportive, connected team Experienced therapists (5-10 years) who want the autonomy of contracting while we handle administration, billing, and practice-related responsibilities Team & culture: Regular clinical supervision Monthly PD and social events If you are looking for a role where you can make a real difference while being well-supported, we would love to hear from you.
