About the Role:
This position involves leading a demanding kitchen environment while maintaining quality, following OH&S procedures, and providing the best customer dining experience. You will collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve business objectives and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate will possess a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualifications and have sound knowledge of OH&S. Additionally, they will have great time management skills and the capacity to follow procedures and guarantee consistency.
