We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract based in Melbourne.
About the Role:
* Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business to source, engage, and recruit top talent.
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across our corporate head office and manufacturing sites.
* Develop job briefings, craft compelling job ads, and ensure consistent branding across platforms.
* Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in collaboration with hiring managers.
* Coordinate interviews and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
* Manage all offer processes, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation.
* Buid and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
* Provide data-driven insights through regular reporting on recruitment activity and metrics.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in internal recruitment or agency environments.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Experience with ATS platforms is highly desirable.
