About the Role
We're currently hiring support workers for a variety of clients across North and South of the River (NOR & SOR).
This is hands-on, meaningful work where you'll be helping people with day-to-day tasks such as:
* Personal care and hygiene
* Community participation and social activities
* Building confidence, skills and independence
* Supporting clients with complex behaviours
* Day
* Afternoon
* Night (active and sleepover)
* Weekends and public holidays
Whether you\'re after a full schedule or a few shifts a week, we offer flexible rosters to suit your lifestyle.
What We're Looking For
* A warm, reliable, and proactive attitude
* Passion for working with people of all abilities and backgrounds
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to get one)
* First Aid & CPR (we can help with in-house training)
* Driver's licence and reliable car
Highly Regarded (but not essential)
* Experience with personal care or behaviour support
* Certificate III or above in Disability or Individual Support
