**Job Overview:**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be working directly with clients in their homes, providing one-on-one support with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and transport assistance.
About the Role:
* Provide in-home support to clients with daily living activities
* Support community participation, social activities, and outings
* Assist with domestic tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and shopping
* Encourage independence and self-confidence through tailored support programs
* Report and record client information in line with NDIS requirements
* Support clients with hoist transfers and manual handling as required
Requirements:
* Knowledge and awareness of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
* Experience with behaviour management, hygiene care, hoist/manual handling, and community engagement
* A warm, caring nature and a genuine interest in helping others
* Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A client-focused, safety-first approach with attention to confidentiality and professionalism
* A minimum of 6 months experience in disability or aged care support work
* Certificate III in aged care, disability support, or community services is preferred
