Main Responsibilities:
1. Continuously seek cost improvements in the factory by presenting and prioritizing cost reduction opportunities.
2. Validate and review projects constantly to ensure completion and realization of savings.
3. Understand key factory cost drivers and the link to factory variances and SAP reports in order to prioritize cost reduction opportunities.
4. Coordinate reporting of actual costs: timeliness and accuracy of input data for Period-end Close (PEC); ensuring compliance with external and internal financial policies, Accounting Standards and Costing Standards.
5. Provide early warning to stakeholders in case of major cost deviations.
6. Participate in business planning: coordinate, challenge and prepare the input assumptions for the Standard Cost Budget (SCB) and Dynamic Forecast (DF).
7. Develop, control and ensure robust evaluations of capital investment plans and requests.
8. Be the audit and compliance 'champion' at the factory and be the key contact for internal and external audits.
9. Ensure clear control and visibility of assets and liabilities, including the development, implementation and compliance with internal controls.
10. Key skills include Excel, SAP, Power BI.
