**About Our Client**:
Our Client is a Not For Profit organisation in the Human Services sector.
- Partner with the CEO to implement a current HRIS
- Assisting with end to end recruitment needs
- Employee relations - Case management
- Assessment/Restructure of positions within the organisation
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Experience in a HR Business Partner/Adviser type role
- Demonstrated recruitment experience (internal or agency)
- High level communication - both verbal and written
- Professional nature
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the organisation
- While the role can be based in Brisbane - willingness to travel to Mt Isa is essential
