We are now seeking an experienced Roof Plumbing Team Leader who is ready to take ownership of their craft and help us raise the bar even further.

About the Role
We're looking for a licensed metal roofer who is hands-on, highly skilled, and ready to step into a leadership role on-site. You'll work alongside our estimators and support crew to deliver top-tier roofing services across government, commercial, and occasionally residential sites.
As a leading hand, you'll be the go-to professional managing day-to-day operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and with our trademark attention to detail.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead roofing teams on commercial and government sites
* Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of metal roofing systems
* Good understanding of problem solving maintenance issues
* Install gutters, downpipes, flashings, box gutters, cladding, and venting systems
* Read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings
* Measure and cut materials precisely to specifications
* Coordinate delivery and site preparation for scheduled works
* Conduct site audits and report progress with photo documentation
* Maintain a high standard of safety and quality control across all works
* Liaise with other trades and site supervisors to meet project milestones
* Mentor apprentices and junior team members

What We're Looking For
* 10 years of roofing experience, with leadership exposure preferred
* Trade qualification in Roof Plumbing (Cert III or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of metal roofing systems, materials, and safe work practices
* Experience in government, heritage, and commercial roofing projects is highly desirable
* Working at Heights, White Card, EWP, and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
* Police clearance and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver's licence (preferred)
* Own tools and a strong work ethic
* Australian Citizenship preferred (for access to secure government sites)
