The Role
Pearce IP has an opportunity for an ambitious and driven Marketing and Content Manager to join its thriving law practice. The successful candidate will:
* Coordinate, manage, develop, edit, and publish marketing collateral across a range of digital channels;
* Ensure brand guidelines and writing style conventions detailed in the Style Guide are followed effectively;
* Managing website updates and publishing weekly content;
* Manage production of creative multimedia assets (eg podcasts), including script and content review;
* Monitor, analyse and report on content performance to drive channel performance and priorities;
* Creation and review of marketing assets;
* Develop comms in line with corporate calendar, blog entries and award outcomes including email blasts to subscriber lists;
* Project manage the development of a new website on Hubspot;
* Sourcing corporate gifts and merchandise;
* Involvement in corporate improvement initiatives;
* Updating
of the Pearce IP Intranet.
About you
Candidates will have several years of professional, hands-on experience in marketing, digital, social media or copywriting related role. You will bring to the role:
* Experience in developing and managing social media content across channels such as Linkedin;
* Experience using content management solutions;
* Advanced knowledge of Hubspot, Wordpress and Canva;
* Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred;
* Ability to work across a highly qualified and professional team;
* You will also be structured in the way you work, organised, efficient, with a strong work ethic and exceptional initiative.
