As a
Business Analyst
, you'll play a key role in connecting our business with our technology team - driving improvements to HCA's bespoke recruitment systems and shaping the future of our digital operations.

Coordinate workshops, gather feedback, and develop detailed functional specifications
Partner closely with our tech team to support delivery of new features and system integrations
Lead analysis for projects such as integrating Salesforce with our recruitment systems and redesigning self-service platforms
Help introduce further new automation and AI-driven features across the business
Work autonomously, managing your own deliverables, priorities, and risks
Let's talk about you
You're a commercially minded BA who thrives on working closely with business teams to understand needs and turn them into smart, practical system solutions. You don't get lost in analysis - you value progress, pace, and clear communication.
You'll need to bring proven experience as a Business Analyst within HR, recruitment, or similar system environments and be comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow.

This is a
12-month fixed-term contract
