Office Administrator Position Overview

This role involves providing administrative support to a team environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator to join our team, offering competitive hourly rates based on skills.


Main Responsibilities:

* General reception duties
* Processing mail and deliveries in a timely manner
* Coordinating service calls and repairs using ServiceM8
* Supporting accounts payable/accounts receivable tasks as required
* Processing payroll accurately
* Maintaining accurate records for ARCTick compliance


Essential Requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration
* Proven expertise with MYOB and ServiceM8 software
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Detailed documentation skills and attention to detail
