Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Training Officer to deliver high quality training services to our internal and external clients under the guidance of a Training Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-set training plans via face-to-face at our training institute or online
* Conduct assessments, marking, and record learning outcomes
* Report learning outcomes to individual students and respective managers within agreed timeframes
* Travel between care sites as required to train and assess students
* Participate in validation and moderation processes
* Assist in identifying new growth and development opportunities for the organization
* Provide feedback to the curriculum team for continuous improvement of training resources
About You
* Working with Children Clearance (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)
* Registered Enrolled Nurses and Allied Health Staff
* Flu vaccination & Covid Vaccination as per company policies
* At least 2 years relevant experience in the care industry
* Ability to obtain National Police Clearance within 6 months
* Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks
* Cert IV in TAE
* Valid WA Driver's Licence
