Generalist HR Business Partner required for National organised with head office based in Perth
An HR Business Partner position exists for this successful, diversified National organisation.
Reporting to the COO, you will work alongside a human resources team responsible for supporting the leadership stakeholder group with all aspects of human resources.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and developing line management in all aspects of the Human Resources process
- Providing effective generalist advice
- Management of performance, grievances and disciplinaries
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Interpreting required awards and raising contracts
- Coordination of the apprenticeship program
- Management of the performance review, remuneration review and other cyclical reporting
- Ad hoc projects where required
This position will suit an experienced human resources professional who excels within a fast-paced, reactive environment. The workforce is a balance of both blue and white collar positions and prior experience to both would be a preference. Due to the size of team, you will be proactive in your approach and hands-on to provide a high quality visible HR service. Recent exposure to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards is essential.
It is a preference that you would be available at short notice to commence, and have the ability to transition on to a permanent contract for the future.
