Overview
As a Partner Manager, you'll own a large portfolio of SMB restaurants and act as their strategic growth partner. You'll lead performance reviews, shape campaign plans, drive product adoption, and solve operational challenges. Working cross-functionally, you'll remove roadblocks, unlock opportunities, and be part of a team that values strong execution and shared wins. This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week.
Responsibilities
* Own a book of high-potential SMB restaurants: from local legends to rising stars building strong, trusted relationships with your partners
* Build growth plans that drive revenue, boost retention, and create win–win outcomes
* Dig into data to flag risks early, uncover upside, and move fast on what matters
* Partner cross-functionally with curiosity and influence to remove blockers and unlock impact
* Champion your merchants by surfacing insights, trends, and feedback that shape better outcomes
* Lift the team by sharing your 'secret sauce' and helping those around you succeed
Qualifications
* 6+ years' relevant experience, including 4+ in account management or customer success
* Proven track record growing accounts, prioritisation of large book and driving outcomes
* Commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into action
* Clear, collaborative communicator and strong storyteller
* Thrive in high-growth, high-pace environments; adaptable and solutions-focused
* A genuine team player - collaborative by nature and committed to helping others win
