We are seeking TWO Endpoint/Device Management Specialists to be assigned to an End User Compute Project and will also work across the Cloud Services stream as required.
This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the Standard Operating Environment and endpoint configurations being delivered by the program.
Through the project, you will be the core team responsible for delivering secure, consistent device builds, managing deployment platforms (e.g., Intune/SCCM), packages applications, and ensure reliable, efficient endpoint delivery across the environment.
Ideally one of these roles can be a Senior\Tech lead for this capability and can work in collaboration with the Stream and Program Architect to provide technical leadership and guidance to the technical resources as well as serve as an SME.
You Will:
* Design, build, and maintain SOE images and endpoint configurations.
* Manage endpoint deployment platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM).
* Package and deploy applications and system updates.
* Implement security baselines and compliance policies for devices.
* Troubleshoot SOE, application, and endpoint configuration issues.
* Ensure consistent, reliable delivery of workstation and mobile device builds.
* Demonstrated experience with major ICT modernisation projects or programs in a federal government setting, including experience with Cloud migration/transformation projects is highly desirable.
