The Opportunity
We are expanding and seeking experienced Property Strategists / Investment Advisors who can guide clients through structured property investment strategies.

This is not a traditional real estate sales role.
You will operate as a trusted property advisor helping clients plan their financial future through property investment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Advisory
* Conduct discovery meetings with prospective investors
* Understand client financial position and retirement goals
* Educate clients on wealth creation through property
* Help clients determine how many properties are required to achieve retirement income goals
* Recommend suitable investment-grade locations
Client Conversion
* Present structured investment strategies
* Guide clients through the property acquisition journey
* Convert qualified leads into long-term DWG clients
Client Journey Management
* Work closely with DWG finance brokers
* Coordinate with builders, developers and legal teams
* Ensure a smooth end-to-end investment experience
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Has strong financial literacy
* Understands property investment strategy
* Is highly motivated and performance-driven
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
* Financial Planner
