Customer Service Representative
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values excellent service and support in customer purchases.
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt responses to customer inquiries and resolution to issues or complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage phone calls, emails, and web enquiries from trade customers
* Proactively contact new customers to promote products, campaigns, or offers
* Follow up quotes to closure managed in Salesforce
* Process and follow up sale orders and quotes accurately in SAP
* Work with Trade Sales and Business Development teams to support regional sales
* Build relationships with customers ensuring high-level service and retention
* Liaise with warehouse and operations teams for timely order fulfilment
* Maintain accurate customer data in CRM/ERP platforms
Requirements:
* Experience in Customer Service/Sales with inbound and outbound calls, preferably in a construction-related industry
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
