About the Role
The House Manager oversees day-to-day facility operations and assumes responsibility during the Director's absence.
Primary Responsibilities
* Direct and supervise personnel including scheduling, evaluations, disciplinary actions.
* Ensure compliance with timekeeping and attendance policies.
* Conduct staff trainings and promote positive morale.
* Manage audits, corrective actions, and documentation reviews.
* Oversee property safety, inspections, and equipment accountability.
* May conduct intakes, inspections, and host visitors.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
