About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Parts team at our Biloela branch on a 12 month contract.
Work Hours: Our branch operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
On-Call Requirements: This role includes participation in a weekly rotational after-hours on-call schedule to support our customers outside of standard business hours.

What You'll Be Doing
Provide sales / parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees
Prepare and order parts
Perform inventory control / stock take
Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Prior experience working with Parts in a dealership environment
Maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic
Excellent customer service and professional presentation
Intermediate MS Office skills & proficiency with parts interpretation software
A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
