We're looking for a skilled and motivated professional who is confident in all aspects of beauty therapy and experienced in performing IPL and Electrolysis treatments.As our Beauty Therapist Manager, you will lead and manage the team of beauty therapists, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining our high standards of client care.

Mentor and develop junior therapists in a busy clinic environment.
Maintain hands-on involvement in beauty therapy services as required, including IPL and Electrolysis treatments.
Ensure on-site presence at the Main Beach clinic (full-time).
Qualifications Competency across all beauty therapy services.
Proven experience in IPL and Electrolysis treatments.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Commitment to excellent client service.
