Skills and experience Required
* Current Property Management Registration or Sales Registration
* Thorough knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
* Sound computer and MS Office skills
* A genuine interest in property management and desire for a long-term career in the industry
* Comfortable working in a structured environment where procedures, compliance and accountability are paramount
* Excellent computer skills and high attention to detail
* Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
* Positive and helpful manner
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
* Neat presentation
* Be reliable and punctual
