The Role This is a senior commercial contract role within the Global Logistics - Fuels portfolio, responsible for driving pricing governance, contract performance, and financial integrity across a national customer base. The role requires a highly autonomous operator who can step in quickly with minimal guidance and immediately add value across pricing models, P&L analysis, and commercial decision-making. You will play a key role in managing CAPEX business cases and presentations, handling escalations, resolving billing queries, and supporting customer relationship management across strategic accounts. Strong Excel capability and advanced financial modelling are essential, particularly around pricing structures, scenario modelling, and margin analysis. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, operationally embedded environments and can confidently own commercial outcomes from day one. Key Responsibilities: Lead pricing governance including rate builds, resets, and customer submissions Own and maintain advanced pricing models and financial forecasts (Excel-heavy) Review and manage national P&L performance, accruals, and revenue accuracy Prepare and coordinate CAPEX business cases and executive presentations Manage billing queries, disputes, and commercial escalations Support contract negotiations, amendments, and customer discussions Conduct scenario analysis and margin optimisation modelling Ensure data integrity, version control, and consistency across pricing tools Partner with Operations and Finance to drive profitability and cost control Deliver monthly reporting, commentary, and performance insights Skills And Experience Required: Strong advanced Excel and financial modelling capability (must have) Deep understanding of pricing models, margins, and commercial structures Proven experience managing P&L, forecasting, and revenue recognition Experience in CAPEX business case development and presentation coordination Ability to work autonomously and deliver with minimal supervision Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills Experience in transport, logistics, fuels, or industrial services highly desirable Confident handling escalations and resolving complex billing issues Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving ability Benefits Offered: Competitive $1,000 daily rate super High autonomy and ownership of national commercial portfolio Opportunity for Growth and Development within the Business Opportunity to lead pricing and CAPEX initiatives end-to-end Fast-paced, high-impact contract role with immediate start influence Strong visibility across operations, finance, and commercial teams About Toll Group At Toll, we do more than just logistics - we move the businesses that move the world.
