Add expected salary to your profile for insightsVivid is looking for a part time Employment Coach to join our team.This position can be based in Echuca or Swan Hill.You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Vivid's employment pathway including School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES), Supported Employment (ADE) and Supports in Employment (SIE), service offerings including the development of individualised employment pathway plans for NDIS Participants.Key responsibilitiesSupporting the Employment Coordinator implement Vivid's Employment PathwayPreparing individualised employment pathways for NDIS Participants to overcome barriers to employment that are in line with their NDIS goalsFostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify employment and work experience opportunitiesWorking with NDIS Participants to support them to increase work and further education readiness through capacity building and trainingAbout YouExperience in the education, training or disability sectorStrong community connections to support new partnerships and work opportunitiesThrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamHigh level of computer literacy, numeracy, written and verbal communication, problem solving and analytical skillsAbout VividVivid is a disability service provider located in northern Victoria who has been providing supports and services to adults living with disability for over 70 years.Vivid applies a values-based approach to recruitment.
