About the Role
No two days are the same. You'll be part of a professional team responsible for maintaining some of Perth's most valued public open spaces, including parks, playgrounds, streetscapes and recreational areas. Your duties will include:
* Maintain parks, playgrounds and streetscapes to a high standard
* Operate commercial landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
* Conduct turf maintenance, edging, mowing and general garden care
* Assist in creating safe and attractive public spaces for local communities
* Identify and report maintenance and equipment issues to supervisors
* Deliver quality work that exceeds client expectations.
Essential Requirements
* Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
* Full Australian working rights
* Manual driver's licence
* White card
Highly regarded
* Landscape maintenance or horticulture experience
* Parks & Gardens qualification
* Experience operating ride-on mowers
* Traffic Management qualification
* First Aid certification
* HR/MR licence
