Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service / Internal Officer for their client located in Campbelltown.
The important parts:
1. 8:30am – 5:00pm or 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday
2. $37.50 p/hr
3. Start Immediately
What you will be required to do:
4. Responding to phone, email, and in-person customer enquiries
5. Accurate order entry, purchase orders and data processing
6. Providing sales and administration support for the external sales team
7. Assisting walk-in customers at the trade counter
8. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up
To be successful in the role you will:
9. Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service/internal sales role
10. Thrives in a responsive, team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail
11. A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
12. Computer literacy including MS Office (Excel), ERP system SAP experience is an advantage
13. Ability to multitask, work autonomously, and meet deadlines
14. Driver licence and own transport
15. Unrestricted working rights in Australia
