About the role:
As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be an exemplary representative of a global automotive manufacturer. You will be committed to customer advocacy and to delivering great outcomes for both the customer and company.
You will be responsible for handling customer communications enquiries from beginning to end and providing customers with a highly personalised experience throughout. In addition, you will develop individual customer responses in line with company policy to engage customers and enhance brand image.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Handle customer communication enquiries and providing them with a highly personalised experience throughout without jeopardising the company's reputation
* Prepare customised responses for both direct contact and referred customers
* Be an exemplary representative of our client
About you:
* Experience in a call centre environment highly regarded
* Automotive experience desirable but not required
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience in working well under pressure and multi-tasking
* Self-motivated and a positive attitude
* Ability to think on your feet
* Strong computer literacy
