We are looking for an experienced** Training** Lead** to join the established Change Practice at our client as the renowned Insurer is implementing a new platform and develops new ways of working.
- **12month contract**:
- **$1100 - $1150 +S pD**
Reporting to the Head of Change, you will be responsible for the delivery of training across the various business units covering Technology, Process and new ways of working.
You will also be responsible for the strategic plan, developing and maintaining a suite of training materials for the business, and delivering the training wither f2f or virtually.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Develop strategic approach to deliver the best way of training.
- TNA and Requirement gathering working with the SMEs and relevant stakeholders.
- Bring the training strategy to life and create relevant material.
- Facilitate the training both online and f2f
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within Wealth reation, FS or Superannuation
- Experience in developing, delivering and evaluating training programs
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Ability to work independenty, manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
