Your new company

We are currently recruiting Finance Officers and other Accounting Support professionals to join busy teams across a variety of industries for full‑time temporary assignments through to the end of July.

These opportunities are ideal for candidates with experience in Finance Officer, Payroll Officer, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting support roles, who are available for an immediate or short‑notice start.

Assignments are office‑based, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (38 hours per week).

Your new role

You will support fast‑paced finance teams by providing hands‑on accounting and operational support. Depending on the assignment, you may work across one or several accounting functions, contributing to business‑as‑usual operations, backfill, or workload peaks.

These roles offer variety, exposure to new environments, and the chance to leverage your skills in short‑term assignments.

Key Responsibilities May Include
* Accounts payable and receivable processing
* Invoice preparation, coding, and reconciliations
* Payroll support and reporting
* Bank, creditor and debtor reconciliations
* Assisting with month‑end processes and reporting
* Maintaining financial records and asset registers
* Responding to internal and external finance queries
* General accounting and administrative support

What you'll need to succeed

We are keen to hear from adaptable and reliable Finance professionals who thrive in busy environments.

* Certificate IV in Accounting or Business Management
* Experience using MYOB or similar accounting systems
* Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
* Experience in finance, payroll, AP or AR roles
* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
* Current C Class Driver's Licence
* Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance

Desirable:

* Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting or Business Management
* Experience with BAS or financial reporting
* Experience working across different industries or locations
* Experience supporting geographically dispersed or remote teams
