Job Title: Clinical Specialist
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Clinical Specialist. In this role, you will provide clinical support to orthopaedic surgeons in the operating theatre during surgeries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert knowledge on our products, conducting in-service training for nursing staff, and troubleshooting technical issues as required.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to transition into medical devices or progress into sales as a Product Specialist.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills. If you have a tertiary qualification in a health-related field and confidence working under pressure, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical support to orthopaedic surgeons in the operating theatre during surgeries
* Conduct in-service training for nursing staff
* Troubleshoot technical issues as required
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic etc.)
* Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment
* Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
* Self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused
* Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, and is organised with good time management skills
