About the Role
As a Field Service Technician – Bus, you'll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and installing refrigeration systems on buses. This full-time role is based in Penrith, NSW, and includes a company vehicle. If you like being hands-on, solving problems, and working on-site with customers, this is a fantastic opportunity.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
* Carrying out preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of bus air-conditioning units
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting refrigeration issues
* Installing new refrigeration systems and components
* Keeping accurate records of all work completed
* Delivering great customer service and building relationships with clients
* Working safely and following all industry standards and regulations
What We're Looking For
* Automotive mechanic experience (bus or transport industry experience is a bonus, but not essential)
* Experience as a field service or refrigeration technician is ideal, but we're open to training motivated mechanics ready for a change
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
* Good communication skills to work with customers and colleagues
* Current driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
* A commitment to safety and quality in everything you do
