One of our clients is looking to hire a Test Practice Lead for an 18-month fixed-term role based in Adelaide.
Eligibility criteria:
* Candidate must be based in Adelaide.
* Valid Australian working rights (Full working rights visa, PR, Citizen).
Key Skills Required:
* Minimum 3 years' experience leading software testing resources.
* Leads the testing practices of design, estimation, and development of tests for new and amended software or services.
* Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams operating within an Agile delivery framework.
* Significant experience across the software development lifecycle.
* Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, QA processes, and the software development lifecycle.
* Highly effective written and oral communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills, e.g., negotiation and influencing skills, which can be applied at the most senior levels of the organisation or with external stakeholders.
* Understanding and application of MS Office Suite and any other programs/applications as required.
* Experience using Azure DevOps or any other test management tool (desirable).
