Maintain exceptional standards in cleaning, waste management, and linen services across various facilities.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations, monitor workflows, and ensure teams meet high service expectations.
* Manage staff replacements during unplanned absences and provide hands-on support when necessary.
* Ensure all team members are adequately trained, facilitate regular team meetings, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment throughout all departments.
